After drawing and painting paper beards for friends, back in April, I had the brilliant idea to make prints of the cut-out beards. I think they can easlily stand side by side with Kenn Munk’s designs so I thought I’d share.
I wholeheartedly agree. These are amazing. And Beardfluff? Stellar name.

Young Men with Big Beards emerged from observing the growing trend for facial hair amongst men between the ages 20 to 35 around Dublin. The portrait project started to capture this zeitgeist and to study the beard wearers through large format photography.

Is the correct variation bold-face lie or bald-faced lie or something else?
Answer:
The correct term is bald-faced, and refers to a face without whiskers. Beards were common in the 18th and 19th centuries and were thought to mask facial expressions. Thus a bald-faced liar was a very good liar indeed, and was able to lie without the guilt showing on his face.

The phrase can also be used as bold-faced lie, as in someone bold enough to lie to your face.
